No childcare is provided, so please make appropriate plans for your children before attending the event.
Hell’s Gates is open three weekends this fall: October 22nd, 23rd, and 24th; October 29th, 30th, and 31st; November 5th, 6th, and 7th.
The doors open at 6:30 PM. The first group will line up at 7 PM. Subsequent groups leave every 10 minutes. Due to time change, we will start an hour earlier on November 7th and the doors will open at 5:30 PM.
When ordering tickets, you will purchase for a specific departure time. Due to COVID-19 precautions, only guests departing within 30 minutes will be allowed inside the building. Those arriving more than 30 minutes early will be allowed in the concession and merchandise purchasing areas only. ARRIVING LATE FOR YOUR DEPARTURE TIME WILL CAUSE YOU EXTENDED DELAYS.
Hell’s Gates is located at 329 Harmony Church Rd, Dawsonville, GA 30534. Hell’s Gates operates in the facilities of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Dawsonville, GA.
Hell’s Gates is generally considered Wheelchair Accessible, however, the drama occurs entirely outside and some areas are mulched. Hell’s Gates cannot provide wheelchairs for our guests and cannot provide staff to transport you through the drama. If you require the use of a wheelchair, you will need to bring one with you and also make sure you have someone to assist you through the drama. Be advised, the terrain does include some steep inclines.
The individual ticket price is $15 each. Groups of 20 or more receive a group rate of $12 per ticket when purchasing in advance on our website.

Yes. When you order tickets in advance (online) you will be able to choose your departure time. Most of the time we can accommodate your choice of departure time unless you wait until the last minute to register. All groups will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time.
At the end of the online order process, you will be emailed a ticket with a QR code.
Please print your Ticket Confirmation email or bring it on your smartphone.
It is quite possible the confirmation email will go to your spam folder. Please check all spam folders prior to submitting a customer support ticket.
You must print out and bring your Ticket Confirmation or bring it on your smartphone in order to gain entrance to the program.

You will want to wear casual clothes with shoes suitable for an outdoor trail.
Remember, Hell’s Gates is an outdoor event and you should dress appropriately to the temperature on the night you plan to go through.
Yes! While you are waiting for your departure time, you can purchase some great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Hell’s Gates merchandise will also be available.
